However, if there is any reason you are not fully satisfied with your Akando product, we offer you our full satisfaction guarantee.
Provide us with information about the reason of reclamation and we will replace the product free of charge or give you full refund. If your Akando product is purchased through our authorized dealer they are obliged to adhere to our policy and you should contact them.
Keep in mind that this warranty doesn't cover lost or stolen items, normal wear and tear, improper care, combat damage, non-standard usage or negligence.
